Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed between 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery may be affected by events outside of our control. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order as per the order confirmation email, we will contact you via text to update you on the situation, and a new confirmation email will be sent with the updated delivery arrangements.

Delivery area’s

Our main areas of delivery are from Augusta to Bunbury. We also deliver to some locations in Perth. We do not ship interstate or internationally.

Order tracking

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking on orders as we are a small family-owned and operated business. You will receive your delivery on the day stated in your order confirmation email (usually a Thursday or Friday from 09:00am – 6:00pm).

Pick-up from the farm

Orders can be collected off the farm via appointment. Simply check off this option during the online order process, and we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for pickup (usually a Thursday or Friday afternoon).

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive. 

Collect your order from the ‘Margaret River Farmers Market’

Orders can be collected from the Margaret River Farmers Market. Please check off this option during the online order process, and we will send through an email to confirm our attendance at the Margaret River Farmers Market with your order confirmation email.

The Margaret River Farmers Market is held every Saturday from 07:30am – 11:30am at the Margaret River TAFE grounds.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees will be calculated and applied at checkout.  The fee amount varies by location.  Please enter your postcode in the calculator to see if we deliver to you.

Receiving your order

We recommend that someone be present to receive the order but if this is not possible our driver will do their best to place your produce in a protected area. 

Upon delivery, we will no longer be responsible for your order. 

Although your frozen order will be packaged in a suitably lined box for delivery and will stay cold for several hours, it’s important to get your produce into the fridge or freezer as soon as possible.

If you have delivery instructions, please outline these in the delivery section at checkout.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at rosasridge@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s label and condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
