As a nose-to-tail business, we keep the skin attached to this product for you to use as you like. Keep it on the fillet for a buttery, crunchy finish, remove and grill or pan fry for a delicious pre-dinner crackle, or feed raw to your four-legged furry friend. Whatever you choose, you’re helping us to reduce waste by using an often underappreciated but delicious part of the chicken.
Portioned into 4 pieces per bag, each pack is Cryovac’d and snap frozen to ensure you receive only the highest quality of pasture raised chicken full of healing nutrients. Simply defrost in your refrigerator and cook within 3 days.

Orders can also be collected from the Margaret River Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 7:30am – 11:30am at the Margaret River T.A.F.E. grounds.
