Handcrafted using Rosa’s Ridge Pasture Raised Chicken Breast and locally sourced ingredients, our sausages are meaty and flavourful without the unnecessary additions of artifial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Encased in a natural pork casing, each pack comes with 5 portions before being Cryovac’d and snap frozen to ensure you receive only the freshest of sausages. Simply defrost in your refrigerator and cook within 3 days.

Collect from the Margaret River Farmers Market
Orders can also be collected from the Margaret River Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 7:30am – 11:30am at the Margaret River T.A.F.E. grounds.
