Our ready-to-eat chicken chorizo is hand-curated with a tantalising blend of herbs and spices, wrapped in collagen casing, before being naturally hot smoked with Beech Wood for a subtle smoke finish. Handmade without any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, our chicken chorizo will fit right alongside your favourite charcuterie board appetisers.

What's included:
Our chicken chorizo is lovingly hand-crafted using meat from the drumstick and breast. A perfect spice blend of paprika, salt, pepper, chilli and garlic make this chorizo sing without all the unnecessary additions of artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Wrapped in collagen casing, each portion is left to hang before being naturally hot smoked using Beech Wood for a subtle smokey finish.
Approximately 250g, each portion is Cryovac’d and snap frozen to ensure you receive only the freshest of products. Simply defrost in your refrigerator before using within 14 days.
Eat as is or accompanied by your favourite crackers, chutneys or cheeses. It can be used in a number of Italian or Spanish-inspired dishes (think pizza, paella or pasta), or even pan fried to accompany your morning eggs. A leaner alternative for health-conscious consumers, or those who are unable to eat pork, our chicken chorizo is a versatile addition to any meal plan and will soon become a family favourite.

Orders can be collected off farm via appointment. Simply check off this option during the online order process and we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Collect from the Margaret River Farmers Market
Orders can also be collected from the Margaret River Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 7:30am – 11:30am at the Margaret River T.A.F.E. grounds.
